No! InfluenceForge AI uses a product seeding model. You only pay for the products you send to creators. Creators receive free products in exchange for creating honest content about your brand.

The free plan includes 10 creator matches per month, 1 product, basic matching, email support, and basic analytics. No credit card required.

Go to Settings → Subscription. There you can view your current plan, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, or downgrade to a lower tier. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Waffo Pancake. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliance.

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our data retention policy.
